Rad Remote facilitates the management of tasks related to radiation treatment planning, ensuring an organized, multi-step workflow between clinics, administrators,planners, and checkers. Tasks are initiated by clinics or by administrators on behalf of the clinics, detailing specific requirements related to treatment planning.Once a task is opened, an administrator assigns it to a planner. The planner’s role is to review and verify the task by following a set of checklist questions, ensuring that all
necessary criteria are met.
After the planner completes this verification, the task is passed to a checker by administrator. The checker conducts a thorough double-check of the planner’s work,verifying each checklist item to confirm accuracy and completeness. Upon final review, the approved task is returned to the clinic by administrator.This systematic process helps maintain high standards, accuracy, and accountability throughout each step of radiation treatment planning.
